When I approach the large staircase leading to the Vivec palace the game tabs out and gives me several warning boxes that say The guide failed to mention that you need to register your game bsa for Tamriel Rebuilt as instructed in this readme. Edit: I found the issue myself but I'll leave this thread here for anyone else that may have this issue.
